Food is art. And what is art? Art is the use of some given ingredients and the transformation of them in something else. And what makes us able to transform into a work of art these simple ingredients, which alone would only be colors, materials, sounds, words? It is love and passion and the use of simple ingredients which transforms food to good food.

The cuisine of Italy takes its flavors from the sea, land and mountains. Its unique mixture of tastes is also the product of an overlapping of the different cultures that, over thousands of years, have made Italy a crossroad between various culinary traditions. And behind it all is locally produced exceptional quality foods that give life to a cuisine that can be simple or complex, rustic or refined.

What you will learn at Dolce Italia Food Academy has centuries of history behind and simplicity and quality ingredients are the basis of a healthy Italian cuisine best known as the "Food is Love".
